Refund policy
Returns for store credit or exchange can be made within 14 days of delivery, and can only be done so for unworn, unused and undamaged items. Costs for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the unlikely event of an order processing error on the part of the Tiki Room is the reason for return. For your protection, it is suggested to return items with tracking information as items being returned that are lost or stolen during shipping are not the responsibility of The Tiki Room. Returns can be done using your original order ID number, name and email address. Be sure to retain your original order information. All returns must have a return authorization number which can be obtained by emailing this form to tikiroom {at} sasktel.net BEFORE SHIPPING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Clearance items are a final sale— no exchanges or store credits will be issued.
